Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Tannat / 14.5% / sustainable

We probably don't need this on our list but it's such a good wine, it's difficult to leave it off.  Mostly juicy Malbec with a bit of Cab Franc for brambly character and Tannat for structure, it's rich but fresh and silky at the same time.  I'm not going to go over the top on the tasting note as it's not a complicated wine - but it is one of those that you say "that's nice" on the first sip, then "that's really nice" by sip 3.  Enjoy it for what it is - a hearty red with a velvety mouthfeel and moreish aftertaste - and pair with a chunk of decent steak for a great night in.
