Now we promote responsible drinking here at Elementary, but this is one wine I could seriously go on a lunchtime bender with (see what I've done there?).  In fact, the first time I sampled it was after my Thursday night football match when I needed something quaffable to quench my thirst and this happened to be in the fridge.  I figured, as an elite sportsman (I jest), Riesling was better than beer.  Which is probably true.  And about 40 minutes later, it was all gone (Jo had some as well).  It is supremely quaffable, light in alcohol, with bright green apple, peach, sherberty lemon and lime, high acidity balancing the sweetness (it's off dry), all in harmony and with a long, mouth watering finish leaving you wanting to take another sip.  In fact, I'm salivating at the thought of the next bottle.  It's that good.  I highly, highly recommend.
