A lovely addition to our list is this Spanish white that's great value for money.  Produced by Bodegas Care, who are owned by Bodegas Anadas, it's a project that started in 2000 with the aim of producing quality wines at good prices whilst farming sustainably and supporting the local region's ecosystem.  And it's a project that is working tremendously well, making wines like this 100% Garnacha Blanca which is really lovely to drink.  Packed with fresh lemon and grapefruit with passion fruit hints, white flowers and a subtle herbal character, it has bright acidity and a cleansing mineral edge that keeps it fresh and pleasing.  Top stuff for the price and we love their labels too!
