Cesar Marquez is a young winemaker with deep family roots in the Bierzo region. He started his business in 2015 and he works old vineyards in the region (some of the vines are over 100 years old), all the while exploring the possibility of a Burgundy like classification for his wines. Each wine shows real vineyard character, each subtly different, and this is the sort of winemaking that we love, wines made with absolute passion and conviction.
