World class Burgundy from Philippe Bouzereau, I didn't write an extensive tasting note as I was too busy enjoying the wine.  From my limited scribblings..... this has a stunning nose with lovely levels of fruit - citrus with tropical hints - butter and toasty oak.  On the palate, it's truly delicious and wonderfully balanced.  Notes of lemon, mandarin, peach and guava come through along with buttered toast, gun flint and cream.  The acidity is well balanced and the length of finish is excellent.  It really is first class Burgundy that you can't fail to appreciate.
