The wine estate of the late Steven Spurrier, Bride Valley's wines have always been difficult to get hold of due to their small production and very high quality. This is a lovely, crisp English fizz with a very fine mousse, a fresh citrusy nose, mouth watering palate with crisp apple, honey and lemon, and a long refreshing finish. A great example of why demand for quality English Sparkling Wine is growing so quickly. If you haven't tried yet, we recommend you do.
