Something a little different but an absolutely stunning white produced from organic old vine Albillo. Naturally fermented then aged for 30 months in French oak on its lees, this is both full bodied and intense yet, at the same time, fresh and beautifully balanced - not unlike a top quality Meursault. Notes of peach, citrus, apricot and tangerine with a clean mineral edge, a textural mouth feel and a long, harmonious finish. I read one review saying that they'd mistaken this for Pierre-Yves Colin Morey - high praise indeed!!
