A beautiful Riesling from one of Austria'a legendary producers, this drinks wonderfully now but will get better and better and better. Clear with hints of yellow and green, the nose reveals aromas of lime and grapefruit along with subtle hints of peach, orange and honeysuckle. On the palate, it is racy and fresh with vibrant acidity. Well balanced with bright fruit - both subtly sweet and sour at the same time. Hints of lime, pink grapefruit, lemon, peach, Seville orange, minerals and honey. A touch of spritz when first opened. Delicious and moreish with purity, precision, depth of flavour and a huge length of finish. Stunning! We love it.
