By many, this is considered Australia's top Chardonnay and it's certainly right up there. Pale golden in colour, the nose reveals an array of ripe tropical fruit, citrus, peach, spice and subtle oak. It's perfectly weighted on the palate, creamy and rich yet light on its feet with zingy acidity and minerality. Notes of fresh lemon curd, apricot, mango, baked pear, vanilla and cream with hints of wet stone. Long, balanced and harmonious, it's exceptional.
