We’re lucky enough to have a small parcel of the excellent and hard to find Blanco from Remelluri. Made from all nine permitted white varieties, this is a full, complex wine packed with layers of fruit, nuts, spices and butter, all balanced with crisp acidity. Decant first for an hour or two to really let this open up and develop.
