We're lucky enough to receivea tiny allocation from Dauvissat who, along with Raveneau, makes the most incredible Chablis available. Vincent Dauvissat owns some of the finest plots in the region - 11 hectares in total - and farms organically and biodynamically. His wines benefit from judicious oak ageing which adds to the structure and complexity, and they are some of the most long lived wines available. Demand always outstrips supply for these sublime wines, so we are delighted to be able to list them.
