We've been looking for a decent Cremant for a while so it's great that we've finally found an excellent example from Boisset. Produced in the traditional method from a slightly unusual blend of varieties, the fizz boasts aromas of citrus, almonds and white flowers on the nose. The palate is refreshing and crisp with lovely purity and minerality. There's a bit of texture from the lees ageing and it opens up nicely in the glass (don't serve too cold). Citrus, nuts, flowers and a touch of autolysis on the finish. Excellent value.
