From an impressive grower based in the Vallee de la Marne, we think that the quality price ratio for Lamiable is exceptional. This fizz, 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, has a lovely nose showing apple, citrus, peach and subtle brioche. On the palate, it is pure and minerally, bone dry but with the fruit shining through. As you drink, it gets more and more elegant and classy, with an incredibly long finish. They may not be one of the iconic grower names but Lamiable produce some top wines.
