Loimer is one of the new breed of Biodynamic winemakers and a leader in our eyes. The complexity of flavours and aromas make this a great dry white wine which can be paired well with food. On the nose you will find green apples, lime and spicy notes. The palate is cleverly complex, combining apples, lemon, and ginger with good minerality and acidity which make this a great pairing for Asian dishes or seafood.
