Founded in 2012 by Edgardo del Popolo and David Bonomi, trailblazers on the Argentine wine scene, PerSe is a boutique winery based in Gualtallary in the Uco Valley, where they have planted their vines at 1500m above sea level. They believe the sub region has the ideal combination of soils and climate required to achieve the extraordinary wines they are making.
