Brilliant value grower Champagne from a small estate where brother and sister, Adrien and Clemence, have now taken over from their father after gaining valuable experience elsewhere.  They have recently started converting some of their vineyards to organic and are now seeing the benefits.  This is an excellent fizz, made with a low dosage (2g/l) to showcase the beautiful fruit.  Fresh, tense and complex with lovely notes of apple, citrus, exotic fruit, sweet spice and pastry.  Long and harmonious, it gets better and better with each sip.  This massively over delivers for the price point, a cracking drop.
