A limited edition release of just 1,018 bottles from the multi award winning boutique producer, Fox & Fox, so worth grabbing as soon as you can if you're a fan of top English fizz. A blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Gris (an unusual but welcome addition) and blended by Gerard Fox himself, the wine spent 5 years on lees before release (a year longer than their other releases). It's a stunner, packed with apples, peach, citrus, pastry and honey, with the hallmark crispness, minerality, balance and length of all the Fox & Fox wines. As they say themselves, it's a wine that sings from the rooftops. Bravo!
