Given there was no 2018 Cerise made and Littorai's 2020 vintage was decimated by the wild fires that swept through California, we're delighted to have secured a small allocation of this sublime wine. Across the whole range, the wines are sensational but this was probably our favourite at a recent tasting of all the Pinots - difficult to pick a favourite when they are all so good. This is pure and elegant with beautifully balanced red & black fruit, spice and subtle toast. The wines drink wonderfully on release and get better for a decade or more if you can resist the temptation.
