Perhaps better known for their elegant, precise white wines, Sattlerhof also produce this stunning botrytised wine from organic Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Deep golden in colour, the nose exhibits dried apricots, sweet peach, honey and floral hints. On the palate it's creamy sweet with notes of white peach, spice, hay and flowers, balanced with bright citrus acidity and huge length on the finish. Sublime.
