Made by one of Spain's top young winemakers, Xurxo Alba, this is one of the few Albarinos made with natural yeast. It's a beautiful, crisp wine, embracing the acidity and showcasing the white stone fruit, citrus, melon, apple blossom and minerals, and finishing with a lovely saline tang. A really cracking wine from a very talented guy and a great introduction to Xurxo's wines.
