From a wonderful boutique producer based a few miles from where we are in Tunbridge Wells, Tradition is Fox & Fox's take on the classic Blanc de Noirs style (although they do include 5% Chardonnay in the blend). This wine was awarded a Platinum award and 97 points at a Decanter panel tasting and, with the ability to age further, is becoming highly sought after. Subtle aromas and flavours of red apple, wild strawberry, rhubarb and nectarine abound along with soft toast and spice, mouth watering acidity and a mineral note. Long, balanced and very satisying, it's another cracker from Fox & Fox.
